That’s hard to say… it’s like asking what hasn’t been invented yet that we all need. You might have an inkling, but it’s hard to verbalize.
I’d say outsider art is dying out, as it becomes more inside. I think there’s even an outsider art fair these days, which seems contradictory. Or maybe a national art day or week or month… if pancakes get a day, if Joey Ramone gets a day, why not art?
